Industrial meters for liquid fuel

Liquid fuel meter with a mechanical roller counter device CONTOIL ® control VZO 15, 20, 25, 40, 50 is designed to be installed on industrial burners and boilers, as well as locomotives and riverboats on all engines, witch fuel consumption is in the range 10 to 30 000 l / h

The meter has a threaded connection diameter DN 15, 20, 25, 40, 50 mm.

Temperature of fuel up to + 130 C (+ 180 ° C)

Nominal pressure in the fuel system - up to 16 bar with a screw fitting (RC) and 25 to 40 bar with flange connection (FL)

The boundary of the measurement errors:

± 1% of the actual value, the accuracy in repetition ± 0,2%. Degree of protection IP 65

Installation options are horizontal, vertical or diagonal

CONTOIL ® VZOA 15-50

Series VZOA meters 15, 20, 25, 40, 50 mm is designed to power locomotives and river vessels, where it is necessary to consider both the direct flow of fuel to the engine, and the return from the engine to the tank. These counters are of a higher class of accuracy (error 0.5%), at extra cost pairwise selection of flow meters is possible, at which error in the measurement between the two meters is almost nonexistent. Furthermore, additional calibration is performed in the specified measurement range, which reduces error to 0.1%.

RV - output

RV Reed chain pulser integrated with the counting mechanism. It is designed primarily for remote totalization. For other applications, preferably inductive pulser IN.

RV designation indicates that the meter has a pulsed output
